Blue Bike’s solo-preneur program helped Canopy Family Care, a startup telemedicine practice, go through the steps to solidify brand identity through a staged discovery process that included ideal client interviews, comparative analysis, best practice research, and marketing plan development. After the launch plan was finalized, Canopy engaged Blue Bike to implement the launch strategy as project manager and content developer to include production, setting up the CRM system and automations, and coordinating the launch effort. 

The final result: Marketing soft launch plan, marketing plan, website restyling and QA/launch, marketing broadcast and automation setup in CRM (KEAP/Infusionsoft system), media launch plan and outreach strategy, client onboarding, and sales pipeline development.
